We're looking for an experienced, Florida-licensed Hair Stylist who wants to build a strong clientele, grow their income, and be part of an established salon team. We specialize in keratin treatments, color, blowouts, haircuts, and professional hair care , and we support our stylists with salon-generated clients, marketing, front-desk support, and an established local client base. Sunday availability is required for this position. Compensation $650 weekly base + tiered service commission + 15% retail commission + tips. Total earnings increase based on service production and retail performance. High-producing stylists can earn $2,000+ per week , with our compensation structure providing significant upside as your clientele and production grow. What You'll Do Provide professional hair services including color, haircuts, blowouts, styling, keratin and smoothing treatments . Conduct consultations and recommend services based on each client's goals and hair needs. Deliver consistently excellent results and guest experiences. Build long-term client relationships through rebooking and retention . Recommend professional home-care products when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation. Work collaboratively with our stylists, assistants, and front-desk team. What We're Looking For Active Florida cosmetology license — required. 2+ years of salon experience preferred. Strong skills in color, blowouts, haircuts and/or keratin treatments. Professional, dependable, and client-focused. Strong consultation and communication skills. Comfortable building and retaining a clientele. Motivated by production and earning growth. Must be consistently available to work Sundays. Additional weekday and Saturday availability is a plus.
