This is not simply an assistant position. I am looking for someone who wants to become highly skilled in hair extensions, color, and precision hair shaping, with the goal of eventually building their own clientele. My intention is to train the right person over the first 6 to 9 months and gradually begin transitioning clients to them as their skills and confidence develop. You do not need to know everything. In fact, I prefer someone who is coachable, curious, responsible, and willing to learn.
