Your expertise in hair extensions, and makeup application will help us set the standard for beauty excellence. Duties Perform professional hair styling, coloring, cutting, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences and features Apply hair extensions with precision to enhance volume or length, utilizing various techniques Conduct consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on hair care routines Provide expert services in makeup application, and hair threading to diversify service offerings Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly in compliance with health regulations Upsell retail products related to hair care, styling tools, and beauty accessories to enhance client results and salon revenue Mentor junior stylists by sharing techniques in color theory, store management practices, and customer service excellence Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients warmly and handling inquiries professionally Experience Proven experience as a Licensed Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse hair styling skills Extensive knowledge of hair coloring techniques including balayage, highlights, and creative color applications based on color theory principles Skilled in applying hair extensions using tape-in, clip-in or sew-in methods; experience with various extension brands preferred Strong understanding of sanitation standards within a professional salon environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on hair care routines and product recommendations Experience in store management or leadership roles is a plus; ability to mentor team members effectively Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards Join our passionate team where your talent transforms lives through beauty!
