Job Summary We are a salon within a community of almost 1700 homes and open to the public. We are looking for someone with somewhat of a clientele to grow. 50% commission. Monday, wednesday, Sunday, Saturday, available but not required choose your days ,we prefer Wednesdays and saturdays. In this dynamic role, you will deliver expert hair styling, and coloring in a welcoming environment. Your passion for beauty, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure every guest leaves feeling fabulous. Duties Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, styling, and color Apply color theory principles to create customized color solutions, including highlights, balayage, keratin and extensions a plus Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of hair styling techniques. Experience with hair Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients
