Administer aesthetic injections such as dermal fillers and Botox with precision and safety. Provide nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art. Conduct body waxing, hair removal techniques, and other esthetic treatments to enhance client appearance. Manage client communication effectively by understanding their needs, offering product demos, and upselling retail products. Maintain strict sanitation standards using proper sterilization procedures for all tools and treatment areas. Utilize salon software like Millennium or

for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing sales. Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building our online community. Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth guest experiences. Stay updated on industry trends such as makeup application techniques, tattooing procedures (if applicable), and new aesthetic treatments to continually enhance service offerings. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of diverse treatments including hair styling, skincare, nails, and body waxing. Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, chemical peels, laser treatments, and dermabrasion. Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or

for scheduling and retail sales tracking. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Ability to perform treatments safely while adhering to sanitation standards. Experience with social media management to promote services effectively. Skills in retail sales techniques including upselling products during appointments or consultations. Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services and makeup application techniques. Additional skills such as eyelash extensions, tattooing (if applicable), or deep tissue massage are a plus!
