What You Bring An active Florida barber or master barber license (required) Skill with fades, tapers, lineups, beard work, and classic cuts A clean, reliable, professional presence behind the chair Genuine care for clients and the kind of energy that makes people come back Hustle to build and keep your own book of business Newer barbers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
