Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and talented Cosmetologist Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team! Part Time/ Full Time work on commission In this role, you will be the creative force behind our clients' beauty transformations, providing expert hair styling, coloring, and grooming services. Your passion for beauty and dedication to exceptional customer service will help clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, hair extensions, and hair threading with precision and creativity Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and personalized styling solutions to enhance client satisfaction Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by adhering to all sanitation standards and safety protocols Upsell retail products and services to meet client needs while boosting salon revenue through effective retail math and upselling techniques Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointment bookings, and handling inquiries with excellent communication skills Keep up-to-date with current trends in hair styling, color theory, and beauty techniques to Experience Valid cosmetology with comprehensive knowledge of salon procedures and safety standards Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, extensions (including hair extensions), and nail care preferred Strong understanding of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe salon environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their individual needs Ability to mentor team members while demonstrating professionalism in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about transforming looks while delivering outstanding customer service!
