'Responsibilities' ' Provide high-quality hair styling, haircuts, formalhairstyle, coloring, balayage , pixie , services to clients. Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety. Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments. Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the beauty industry. Use salon software such as Vagaro to schedule appointments and manage client records. Foster a welcoming environment through excellent customer service. Assist with retail sales of beauty products. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team training efforts. 'Qualifications' Valid cosmetology license issued by the state of Florida Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, balayage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
