We are adding one experienced stylist to our eight-chair salon ahead of the fall and winter season. The opportunity

• Commission starts at 55%, with final terms based on experience, clientele, services, and production
• Current high-producing stylists can earn approximately $1,500
• 3,000 per week during strong periods; earnings are not guaranteed and depend on services performed
• Bring an existing clientele and continue building with salon referrals, seasonal appointments, and walk-in demand
• Full-time or part-time schedules considered
• Friday and Saturday availability is strongly preferred
• Target start: late October or early November
• Front-desk scheduling, shampoo support when available, towels, laundry, and salon operations support are provided What you will do
• Deliver excellent consultations, haircuts, blowouts, color, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, and other services within your expertise
• Build lasting relationships with both existing and new salon clients
• Maintain accurate service timing and communicate scheduling needs to the front desk
• Keep your chair, tools, and work area clean and compliant with Florida sanitation standards
• Rebook clients and contribute to a professional, team-oriented salon environment
• Accommodate appointments and selected walk-ins during the busy season Requirements
• Active Florida cosmetology license
• Established salon experience and consistently strong technical work
• Existing clientele is preferred; Le Salon can supplement your book during the busy season
• Professional communication, dependable attendance, and excellent client care
• A portfolio or social-media examples of recent work
• Ability to shampoo your own clients when an assistant is unavailable Why Le Salon
