Overview Hair Stylist / Licensed Cosmetologist / - Guaranteed Hourly Pay + Commission (Tampa Area) Nu Image MedSpa/Salon is an established luxury aesthetics medspa/salon serving the Carrolwood/Lutz Tampa area for 20+ years. We currently are looking to expand our exceptional team with a energetic, talented and motivated Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist . This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed stylist looking to build a long-term career in a professional, upscale supportive environment. Unlike commission-only salons, Nu Image provides a guaranteed hourly wage while rewarding your growth and productivity. Our stylists have the opportunity to earn $55,000-$65,000+ annually based on performance, with experienced stylists currently earning $65,000 or more. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $15/hour guaranteed Performance-based commission opportunity 10% retail sales commission 100% of client tips Health insurance available for eligible full-time employees Employee discounts on services and products to include Medspa services Paid training and continuing education opportunities Opportunity for advancement and increased earning potential Position Responsibilities Provide professional hair services with exceptional attention to detail Create a luxury client experience from consultation through service completion Build strong relationships with clients and coworkers creating repeat visits and supportive work environment.
