As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for stylists who are skilled in blowouts, styling, braiding, and root touch-up color services. Our stylists specialize in blowouts, curls, straight styles, updos, and root touch-ups. No haircuts. Candidates must be comfortable and knowledgeable working with hair color, specifically root touch-ups. Must be open to working weekends. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality blowouts, curls, beach waves, straight styles, and updos based on client preferences and salon standards Perform professional root touch-up color services and properly apply, process, and handle hair color Consult with clients to recommend styles and services based on their hair type, desired look, and event needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of styling stations and salon areas Recommend and promote products used during services Deliver exceptional customer service and help build client loyalty Stay current with industry trends, products, tools, and techniques Follow all sanitation and safety procedures Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive, welcoming salon atmosphere

Qualifications:

Valid state cosmetology license Knowledge and experience with hair color and root touch-up applications Proficiency in blowouts, curling, flat ironing, and updos Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong time management and communication skills Previous blow dry bar or salon experience is a plus
