Has professional salon experience and excellent technical skills Specializes in multiple hair extension methods Has experience with color and highlighting services Has experience performing keratin and smoothing treatments Can provide consultations and recommend the appropriate services for each client Is confident working independently Is professional, reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional customer service Has an existing clientele and/or a strong ability to continuously attract new clients Is comfortable handling their own marketing, advertising, social media, and client outreach Is motivated to maintain a consistent appointment schedule and grow their business Takes pride in their work, appearance, professionalism, and client experience Hair Extension Expertise Strong experience with multiple hair extension techniques is highly preferred , including, but not limited to: Tape-in extensions Hand-tied extensions Sew-in / weft extensions Beaded / I-Tip extensions K-Tip / Keratin fusion extensions Micro-link / I-Tip methods Nano extensions Other professional extension installation and maintenance techniques The stylist should understand proper consultation, color matching, installation, maintenance, removal, and aftercare.
