Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / M365 Implementation Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level technology initiatives. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, manage project roadmaps, budgets, and stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of IT solutions that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise IT projects from initiation through completion. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and status reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide executive-level project updates. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Lead Microsoft 365 implementation initiatives including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions. Utilize project management tools including Jira, Trello, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Drive IT governance processes, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee financial forecasting, budget management, and resource planning. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project management best practices. Establish project standards, reporting frameworks, and governance controls. Skills and Requirements Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Experience 6-10 years of experience leading IT projects and technical implementations. Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise technology initiatives. Strong experience with stakeholder management and executive communication. Experience overseeing project budgets, forecasting, and resource planning. Proven experience delivering technology projects across multiple business units. Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Experience using Jira, Trello, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management. Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud-based collaboration solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading large-scale M365 migrations or modernization initiatives. Experience implementing IT governance frameworks. Knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms and infrastructure. Experience with strategic planning and technology roadmaps. PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications preferred.
