Full Job Description We're Hiring:

Hair Stylists & Colorists We're looking for talented, seasoned, and customer-focused hair professionals to join our salon team. What You'll Do Welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude and take the time to understand their individual needs and style preferences. Consult with clients to recommend haircuts and styles that complement their face shape, personality, and desired look. Shampoo, condition, rinse, and dry hair while selecting products suited to each client's hair type and needs. Perform professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and other styling services using salon-quality tools and equipment. Create beautiful color services, including highlights, balayage, ombré, and other modern coloring techniques. Style hair for special occasions as well as everyday wear, including braids, ponytails, buns, curls, and other finished looks. Apply professional hair treatments based on each client's needs, including moisturizing, repairing, and color-protection treatments. Build lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and remembering their individual preferences. Keep your station clean, organized, and inviting while properly sanitizing and sterilizing tools and equipment. Educate clients about professional hair-care products and recommend retail products or additional services when appropriate. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist, or in a similar salon position. Strong knowledge of cutting, styling, straightening, curling, and finishing techniques. Hands-on experience with a variety of professional hair-coloring methods. Ability to work confidently with different hair lengths, textures, and styles. Familiarity with professional hair treatments and services, including keratin smoothing and conditioning treatments. A passion for learning and staying current with the latest hairstyles, techniques, and industry trends. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Professional, dependable, and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods. Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work various shifts. Current and valid cosmetology license. Compensation Pay is based on experience, skill level, and the services you provide.
