Duties Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, extensions, and special treatments with precision and creativity Use salon software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently Apply hair coloring techniques based on color theory to achieve desired looks while maintaining safety and sanitation standards Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips tailored to each client's needs Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon environment in compliance with industry standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized consultations Stay current on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering (including straight razor techniques), makeup application, and industry best practices Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry Proficiency in hair styling, coloring, extensions, and barbering techniques including straight razor shaves Knowledge of salon software for appointment management and client communication Strong understanding of hair care products, sanitation protocols, and store management fundamentals Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide outstanding customer service Familiarity with color theory principles to create customized color treatments Ability to mentor others while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience with makeup application is a plus but not required Join us in creating stunning transformations that boost confidence! Pay:

$23.80 - $28.66 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
