- W2 or 1099 Health Insurance and 401k for full time employees Lash experience IS required in 1:1 "semi-permanent" eyelash extensions (we do not do strips or clusters).

We are looking for a career oriented Lash Stylist who: Will be able to perform professional eyelash extensions, facial waxing, brow lamination, tinting and lash lift sessions in succession, sessions taking up to 2 hours Will be able to work at least one evening shift per week and a rotating weekend (every other Saturday and/or Sunday) Exceeds state standards of sanitation and sterilization Creates excellent experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude Open to coaching, and learning by attending and participating in ongoing education and training classes W2 Pay

We are also open to straight commission 1099 pay. Can work a minimum of 27 hours per week

ask for a noncompete agreement Here's what we're looking for: A licensed esthetician or cosmetologist in Florida Lash experience can be self taught or extensively certified with practice on extensive models or clients; we will observe a practical interview on a lash model in-studio. Do not apply if you do not have experience in 1:1 semi permanent extensions, we do NOT do clusters or strips. Willing to perform classic and volume lash extensions Ability to work at least one evening shift, one weekend day and some holidays.
