Located in beautiful Seagrove Beach, Twist Salon 30A has been an Emerald Coast and 30A icon for more than 21 years. We are seeking a talented, passionate Licensed Barber to join our dynamic team. We're looking for someone who delivers exceptional grooming services, builds strong client relationships, and takes pride in professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities Provide exceptional haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations. Create a welcoming, professional client experience. Use salon software for scheduling, client records, and retail. Maintain excellent sanitation and workstation standards. Recommend appropriate styles and products and support retail sales. Assist with front-desk duties, including appointments and payments. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Requirements Valid Florida Barber or Cosmetology License. Professional barbering experience and a strong portfolio. Excellent haircutting, styling, and grooming skills. Strong communication and customer-service abilities. Proficiency with salon software or willingness to learn. Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
