Duties:

• Use your expertise in cosmetology and barbering to provide high-quality haircuts, color treatments, and styling services to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry, ensuring that your skills and knowledge are always current.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences, providing personalized consultations to help them achieve their desired look.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel welcome, valued, and satisfied with their experience.
• Upsell and cross-sell services and products to clients, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the salon.
• Work closely with Owners, communicate well, and be willing to learn.

Experience:

We are willing to take on new Stylists, and we are willing to train. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in cosmetology school and be willing to learn. Experience in providing exceptional client service are also highly valued.
