About the Position We are looking for a talented, licensed Lash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate is passionate about lash artistry, provides excellent customer service, and is confident performing a variety of lash services while maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform professional individual eyelash extension services Apply cluster lashes safely and professionally Perform lash lifts (preferred) Consult with clients to determine the best lash style and service for their desired look Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workspace Follow all state licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements Provide a comfortable and positive client experience Educate clients on proper lash aftercare and maintenance Maintain professional standards and attention to detail Qualifications Active cosmetology or esthetician license required, as applicable to state regulations Experience performing individual lash extensions preferred Skilled in cluster lash application, lash lifts, and lash tinting Strong attention to detail and a passion for beauty Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and punctual Able to work independently while being a positive team member Must follow all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations What We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping clients feel confident and beautiful, and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
