Opportunity:

Work one-on-one with our Shop Educator to learn how to master Drybar's 8 signature styles and more. Shine & be promoted to shift lead or management roles! Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hair styling and cosmetology services to clients.
• Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment, following all sanitation guidelines.
• Utilize excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and cosmetology.
• Possess a cosmetology license and adhere to all relevant regulations and requirements.
• Utilize communication skills to effectively consult with clients on their desired look.
• Offer additional services such as hair extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance the client experience.
• Utilize salon software and management tools to schedule appointments and manage client information efficiently.
• Mentor and train junior stylists in various techniques and best practices.
• Utilize retail sales skills to recommend and upsell hair care products to clients.
