EXPERIENCED HAIRSTYLIST - ESTABLISHED DOUGLASVILLE SALON

Charmaine's Salon is looking for an experienced, motivated hairstylist to join our team in Douglasville, Georgia. We've proudly served the Douglasville community since 1991 and are looking for a stylist who wants to grow their career in an established, professional salon with a supportive team and strong reputation in the community.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a licensed hairstylist with salon experience who is confident behind the chair, dependable, professional, and passionate about creating a great experience for every client. An existing clientele is a plus, but not required. We are especially interested in someone who is motivated to continue building their book and wants to establish a long-term career within the salon.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based position. Earning potential varies based on services performed, schedule and clientele, with commission rates based on experience and stylist level. Our level-based system provides opportunities for growth and increased earning potential as you build your clientele and advance within the salon.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Current Georgia cosmetology license Professional salon experience Strong cutting and/or color skills Reliable and committed to their schedule Friendly, polished and professional with clients Interested in continuing education and growing their skills Motivated to build and retain a loyal clientele Positive attitude and works well within a team We're looking for someone who wants more than simply a place to work.
