for appointment scheduling, client management, retail sales tracking, and retail math calculations Offer personalized consultations to understand client desires, communicate options clearly, and upsell suitable products or additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue Mentor junior stylists and front desk staff by sharing expertise in hair care techniques, customer service excellence, and retail strategies Manage retail sales effectively by recommending products based on client needs while demonstrating strong communication skills Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a stylist or barber with a comprehensive understanding of hair care, coloring, styling, and grooming techniques Demonstrated proficiency with salon software systems such as
