This role is designed to work directly under the master stylist handling essential backbar support, thorough detangling, flawless shampoos, and seamless salon flow to manage client overflow and keep the schedule on track. This position serves as a direct growth pipeline. Every stylist who eventually moves to the floor starts here. If you are looking for hands-on mentorship, want to master specialized natural texture and curly hair care from the ground up, and are looking for a clear path to building your own clientele on the floor, this is the ultimate launchpad. Previous texture experience is great, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most! I will personally teach you the rest.

Key Responsibilities Direct Assistance:

Work side-by-side with the master stylist to keep the daily schedule running smoothly, on task, and on time.

Shampooing & Detangling:

Provide relaxing, meticulous shampoos and expert detangling to prep clients for custom texture services.

Salon Flow & Upkeep:

Maintain a clean, high-end environment by sanitizing bowls, managing salon laundry, and keeping styling areas pristine.

Client Care:

Help ensure every guest feels pampered from the moment they step into the salon. What We're Looking For Eagerness to learn, take instruction well, and grow into a professional floor stylist. Reliable, punctual, and high-energy with a positive attitude. Cosmetology student, graduate, or newly licensed professional. Passion for all hair textures.
