As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in various hair techniques and customer service skills will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clientele. Responsibilities Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. Perform additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized consultations. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the latest styles and services. Experience A valid cosmetology license is required. Previous experience in a salon or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory. Skills in store management, customer service, and sanitation practices are highly valued.
