A Senior or Master Stylist provides top-tier hair care and styling services to high-value clients while mentoring junior team members and ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver precision cuts, advanced color work, and specialized treatments. Consult with clients to recommend suitable styles and care routines. Train and supervise junior stylists and apprentices. Maintain personal client base and ensure repeat business. Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

5+ years professional experience in a salon. Certification in cosmetology or hairdressing. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to educate and mentor team members.
