Upsell retail products such as hair care items or styling products to enhance the client experience and increase sales. Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, managing bookings, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, color theory, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state or local regulations.
