Maintenance Technician Location:
Glendale Heights, IL (Onsite) Job Summary This position is responsible for maintaining client sorting equipment to achieve optimal uptime and troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise. Responsibilities include performing regular preventive maintenance inspections and providing exceptional customer service. Competencies Problem Solving

  • High school graduate or equivalent. 2-year degree or diploma in electronics/advanced mechanics/software training preferred.
  • At least 3 years related industry/equipment experience or equivalent.
  • Requires strong electronics background, understanding of computer program functionality and software troubleshooting skills. Associate degree a plus.
  • Flexible to work any shift including nights, weekends and Holidays.
  • Ability to travel out-of-state up to 20% of the time to cover other technicians.
  • Strong electronics/electrical background
  • Solid mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to use hand and power tools and measuring equipment i.e. oscilloscopes, DMM, etc. Ability to read technical drawing and documentation.
  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communications.
  • Basic computer skills

$35.00
