What You'll Do As an Elemental Ritualist, you'll create customized experiences that help guests relax, heal, and feel their very best.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering luxury head spa experiences. Providing customized haircutting, styling, and healthy hair services. Performing spa and skin care services within your licensure and training. Educating guests on scalp, skin, and hair wellness. Recommending retail products that support long-term results. Maintaining our luxury spa environment. Participating in ongoing education through the Elemental Method. Collaborating with our team to continually elevate the guest experience.
