Responsibilities Deliver professional blowouts and hairstyling services tailored to each guest's preferences Assist clients with consultations to recommend styles and hair care products that suit their needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of styling stations and product displays Conduct product demonstrations to educate guests on styling tools and hair care solutions Manage retail sales by upselling products and promoting special offers effectively Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) operations Ensure excellent phone etiquette when scheduling appointments or answering guest inquiries Stock shelves, merchandise products attractively, and ensure inventory levels are maintained for optimal sales flow Skills Proven experience in hairstyling, blowouts, or related beauty services; supervising experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a broader clientele Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment similar to grocery store or retail settings Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail calculations Join us as a Blow Dry Bar Stylist and turn your passion for beauty into an exciting career!
