This is a hands-on training position. Candidate must have strong people skills and a pleasant personality for guest interactions. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming salon experience. Assist in hair styling and basic cosmetology services under supervision, while adhering to sanitation standards. Maintain salon cleanliness and organization, including tools and workstations. Support retail sales by promoting products and upselling services to clients. Engage in ongoing training and mentorship to develop skills in hair extensions, color theory, and other advanced techniques.
