Job Summary We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Barber to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional grooming and styling services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. As a licensed professional, you will utilize your expertise in barbering, hair styling, and grooming techniques to create personalized looks that meet each client's unique preferences. Responsibilities Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming treatments using tools such as straight razors and scissors. Deliver expert advice on hair care, styling techniques, and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols in accordance with state cosmetology and barbering regulations. Manage client communication effectively by understanding their needs, offering style suggestions, and upselling retail products when appropriate. Utilize barber software such as SQUIRE for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting store management operations. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in cutting techniques/styling and customer service excellence. Qualifications Valid state barbering license required. Proven experience working in the industry Proficiency with shop software systems like SQUIRE or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a shop environment. Pay:
$33.00 - $60.00 per hour
