Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Hair Stylist to join our salon team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair care and styling services, creating personalized looks that boost confidence and enhance beauty. We are open Saturday & Sundays a shift on the weekend every other is a MUST. Responsibilities Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatment services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and cosmetics to enhance client satisfaction. Skills Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry in MA Strong knowledge of hair care principles, color theory, and advanced styling techniques including hair coloring Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing personalized recommendations Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Join us to elevate your career in a lively environment that values creativity, professionalism, and exceptional client experiences!
