Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated independent Barber to lease a chair at our premium barbershop. You will be an self-employed barber, operating within the hours and requirements set by management at Pete's Barbershop. The idea candidate has a strong work ethic, good communication, teamwork skills and dedication to delivering high-quality grooming services.
Key responsibilities:
Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, fades and flat tops Keep up on new trends and styles plus willing to learn tradition styles and techniques. Help with answering phones and book appointments using the booking app provided by Pete's Barbershop. Maintain and clean the shared work areas.
Qualification:
Valid, active Maryland barber or cosmetologist license Experience in cutting styling and shaving. Strong customer service and time management skills.
Pay:
$800.00 - $1,620.00 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
