Job Summary Hammer and Nails Bethesda and Potomac are luxury men's grooming lounges that provide high quality haircuts, beard grooming and straight razor services. Our shop is membership based which means steady clients, consistent bookings and predictable income. We focus on precision, professionalism and hospitality through our Golden Standard training. Barbers who want stability, growth and a modern upscale environment succeed here. We are hiring a reliable and experienced expert barber/stylist who is confident in: Men's haircuts Beard grooming Straight razor services Fades, line ups and precision detailing Following a structured service process Maintaining a clean and professional workstation The ideal barber is dependable, punctual and committed to delivering consistent high-quality work. Our shop is high volume with loyal members, so strong time management and service discipline are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform men's haircuts, beard trims, razor work and premium grooming services Deliver each service according to our Golden Standard protocols Build strong relationships with members and guests Keep your station organized and sanitation compliant Partner with our concierge team to pre-book guests and maintain retention Contribute to a positive and professional team culture Compensation and Benefits Up to $32.00 per hour base plus commission and tips W2 employment, no booth rent High booking volume from our growing membership base Paid training and ongoing skill development All tools, equipment and products provided Professional environment with leadership on site Requirements Active Maryland Barber License Evening and weekend availability Strong communication and client service skills Reliable, consistent and coachable Why Work Here This is a modern, upscale and supportive environment for barbers who want consistent clients and career growth.
