Stay current on industry trends to offer diverse services. Upsell retail products effectively by understanding client preferences and explaining benefits confidently Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or barbering certification as required by state law Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and advanced techniques like hair extensions or straight razor shaves Strong knowledge of color theory and current beauty trends Familiarity with salon software such as
