What You'll Do Deliver exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, highlighting, balayage, blonding, and styling Build and maintain strong guest relationships through consultation and personalized recommendations Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge Collaborate with a supportive team of passionate beauty professionals Contribute to a positive salon culture focused on growth, professionalism, and service excellence What We're Looking For 3-5 years of professional hairstyling experience Current North Carolina Cosmetology License Strong technical skills in cutting and color services Excellent communication and consultation abilities A growth mindset and commitment to ongoing education Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences Why Triniti?
