Duties Deliver exceptional guest experiences from consultation through home-care recommendations Perform high-quality hair color services, including dimensional color, blonding, balayage, and corrective color Provide smoothing treatments and extension services (or be eager to expand these skills through education) Recommend professional retail products that support your guests' results Collaborate with fellow stylists and leadership to create an outstanding salon experience Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Participate in ongoing (optional) education, team meetings, and salon events Experience Active North Carolina Cosmetology License 3-5 years of salon experience Hair Color Blonding Services Smoothing Treatments (preferred) Hair Extensions (preferred) Excellent communication and consultation skills Positive attitude and team oriented mindset Professional and dependable Passion for providing luxury guest experiences You'll Thrive Here If You...
