In this role, you will deliver engaging lessons, mentor students, and share your expertise in skincare and esthetic treatments. Duties Deliver comprehensive classroom instruction on skincare, facials, makeup application, and other esthetic treatments Develop and implement detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and industry best practices Supervise and mentor students during practical sessions, ensuring safety and skill development Demonstrate techniques such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, laser treatments, hair coloring, hair extensions, threading, and deep tissue massage Provide constructive feedback to students to foster their growth and confidence in their skills Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and professional development Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into teaching modules Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare, facials, and other esthetic treatments Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to esthetic treatments Prior classroom experience or teaching background in adult education or cosmetology or esthetics instruction preferred Skilled in a variety of esthetic procedures including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, laser treatments, dermabrasion, and makeup application Ability to mentor students effectively while demonstrating professionalism and patience Excellent lesson planning skills with the ability to adapt content for diverse learning styles Certifications or licenses in cosmetology or esthetics is required. Instructor license is preferred, but help will be given to challenge the state board for an instructor license if needed and approved by the board.
