Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to each client's preferences. Deliver expert nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art while maintaining strict sanitation and disinfection procedures. Apply eyelash extensions, eyebrow threading, and other beauty enhancements to elevate client looks. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by following all disinfection procedures and sanitation standards. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, provide consultations, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in cosmetology services. Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring and styling techniques. Hands-on experience with hair styling tools, hair extensions, barbering techniques, and body waxing. Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion procedures, and other advanced skincare services is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while demonstrating professionalism. Ability to perform retail math for upselling products confidently and accurately. Prior experience adhering to sanitation standards and disinfection procedures within a licensed cosmetology setting is essential.
