Specializing in blowouts, lash extensions and brow services. We are hiring a Licensed Hairstylist to join our brand-new salon. This is a unique opportunity to get in at the start and grow with a fresh, creative team. As a HairStylist, your role will be centered exclusively on blowouts, styling, and treatments—no cuts or color. We proudly use premium products such as Color Wow, Moroccanoil, and Kenra to deliver top-tier results. We are excited to build a team of passionate professionals who are looking to grow with a brand-new salon. Compensation will begin on a salary basis and transition to commission-based pay as we expand. Duties Perform professional blowouts tailored to client preferences Execute silk press, flat iron, and curling techniques Apply deep conditioning and restorative hair treatments Style hair for events including updos and special occasion looks Consult with clients to recommend styles and appropriate products Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstation Provide exceptional customer service and client experience Educate clients on styling techniques and at-home care Promote and sell salon retail products Stay current on hair trends, tools, and product knowledge Experience 1+ years of professional salon experience Proficient in performing blowouts, flat iron work, and curling techniques Experience with silk press, deep conditioning treatments, and styling all hair types Skilled in updos and styling for events or special occasions Familiarity with professional hair products such as Color Wow, Moroccanoil, or Kenra Strong understanding of sanitation and safety procedures per state board guidelines Comfortable consulting with clients to recommend styles and home care Experience in delivering a high-end, client-focused salon experience Positive attitude Maintains a neat, polished look and professional communication at all times
