Duties Provide expert hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and special occasion styles, ensuring each client leaves satisfied. Perform advanced hair treatments such as hair extensions and keratin treatments Offer personalized consultations on color theory and current trends to recommend suitable styles and treatments. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols. Manage retail sales effectively by upselling products such as hair care items, cosmetics, and styling tools. Experience Proven experience as a cosmetologist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styling skills. Expertise in hair extensions is preferred. Knowledge of color theory principles to deliver customized coloring solutions. Hands-on experience with sanitation practices specific to hair salons and barbering environments. Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide professional advice.. Demonstrated success in retail sales through upselling techniques and retail math proficiency..
