Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling, barbering and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. As a Barber, you will provide exceptional grooming services while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Willing to be a part of a team that will service our clients to the best experience possible Duties Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims with precision and creativity. Provide hair styling services Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement services provided. Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling Requirements Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Must come with clientele. Shop in heavily traffic area. So we'll be able to build you in the future. Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of retail math. Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service. Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
