If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a shift manager at our busy salon in Bayonne.

Job responsibilities:

Ensure shifts are covered on busy periods like weekends/holidays Provide haircut, color and styling services to men and women Maximize review by accomodating walk ins, call aheads and online bookings Cash management Inventory management Ensure guest satisfaction and help handle guest complaints

Qualifications:

Must have New Jersey cosmetology license with at least 3 years experience Experience with men's and women's hair cuts and color services Strong communication skills, team orientation Experience with fast paced salons (Supercuts, Great Clips or Sports Clips) Must be available weekends

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
