Ivy Rose Hair Studio is seeking a friendly and motivated Shampoo Assistant to join our team. As a Shampoo Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for our clients while supporting our stylists in delivering exceptional hair services. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a professional and creative salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients hair for styling and treatments.
• Assist stylists with blow-drying, color preparation, and other tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon
• Manage inventory by restocking products and supplies as needed.
• Manage laundry duties, such as washing and folding towels and capes.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued.

Qualifications:

• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Previous salon experience is a plus but not required.
