Role Overview:
The Salon Assistant will support our stylists by providing exceptional shampoo and blow-dry services while also helping keep the salon environment clean, organized, and welcoming. Ideal for cosmetology students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a luxury setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional shampoo and conditioning services for clients Assist with blow-drying and prepping clients for stylists Greet clients and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for Maintain cleanliness throughout the salon, including sweeping, sanitizing stations, and stocking supplies Launder towels and capes as needed Assist stylists and management with daily salon operations Ensure the salon always looks polished, clean, and luxury-ready
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a salon environment preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn Professional appearance and demeanor Able to work flexible hours, including weekends Must be dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused Cosmetology license or enrollment in a cosmetology program is a plus
