Earth & Crown Hair Studio in Eatontown, NJ is an eco-conscious, low-tox salon offering high-quality hair services in a relaxed environment. We are a small team focused on thoughtfulness, individuality and sustainable practices. We are currently accepting applications for an experienced hairstylist with established clientele to join us!

The job:

You will have the freedom to set your own service menu, prices and hours. This role is for a stylist who enjoys a degree of independence while working within a supportive salon team. You will manage your own clientele and schedule.

• No level system ( you will receive support based on your needs for success )
• No sales or rebooking requirements
• No need to be in the salon without scheduled clients
• Calm environment

Responsibilities:

Perform hair services using low-tox, cruelty-free, vegan products Maintain a clean, organized work area Communicate with clients regarding appointments during work hours Support smooth check-in and out protocols Contribute to a respectful, calm, and welcoming atmosphere Follow all state board regulations and salon policies

What We're Looking For:

Active NJ Cosmetology & Hairstyling License Stylist with some established clientele and a minimum 3 year experience behind the chair.
