Duties Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, styling & more Execute barbering services such as straight razor shaves, beard trims, and classic cuts to meet diverse client needs Provide expert advice on hair coloring using color theory principles to achieve desired results while maintaining healthy hair Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring a sterile environment at all times Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable hair care products or treatments Skills Proven expertise in hair styling, barbering, and cosmetology with a strong portfolio of work Reliable, professional, and self motivated 2 + years experience and clientele preferred Strong understanding of color theory Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and understand their desired outcomes Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing exceptional customer service Education and training opportunities Head Spa Training!
