•must be a licensed NJ Cosmetology Instructor Our company is a national cosmetology school with 6 locations across NJ and FL. We are seeking an experienced and licensed Cosmetology Instructor to serve as School Supervisor. You will be responsible for leadership across all areas of operations, education, and administration of the school and will oversee daily school operations, manage a staff and faculty, oversee student affairs, education, clinical operations, and report directly to Executive Director. Your goal is ensure school's objectives are being met by Analyzing business reports, salon and clinical customer growth and student development, academic achievements, maintaining a productive work environment, developing staff , and overseeing the compliance of all state and federal regulations. And will oversee that the campus meets its goals for profitability, enrollment, graduation and job placement rates. Prior cosmetology school management is preferred, however we are open to prepping the right Cosmetology Instructor for growth and development.

Summary of Responsibilities Include:

Provide leadership, development, and guidance to staff members in all functional areas, ensuring that staff and faculty is embracing student success at all levels. Assist with hiring, managing, training, mentoring, developing, and motivating all school staff. Work directly with students to provide an a positive school experience by ensuring the company's standards and protocols are being met Operate the school in a manner that achieves all goals in enrollment, key metrics, and student outcomes. Ensure compliance with all company policies and all regulatory agencies, including but not limited to: US Department of Education, NJ Cosmetology Board, and our accreditation agency. Ensure the safety of the campus at all times, and represent the campus and the company in a responsible, professional, and positive manner at all times.
