We're looking for an experienced, service-driven stylist who is passionate about delivering exceptional work while helping elevate the team around them. As an Ambassador Stylist, you'll continue providing exceptional services while serving as a mentor, role model, and technical leader within the salon. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in advanced color, blonding, extensions, or other premium services who enjoys coaching others and contributing to a positive salon culture. ResponsibilitiesDeliver Exceptional Services Provide outstanding consultations and customized guest experiences. Perform advanced color, blonding, extension, or specialty services with confidence. Maintain high standards of technical excellence and guest satisfaction. Build trust and long-term relationships with guests through education, consistency, and exceptional service. Mentor & Coach Support and mentor newer stylists. Share technical knowledge and best practices. Assist with onboarding and skill development. Encourage teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning. Lead by example in both technical ability and guest experience. Champion Salon Standards Model Moxie's service standards and culture. Help maintain salon cleanliness and organization. Reinforce consultation, retail, and rebooking expectations. Support promotional campaigns and membership initiatives. Foster a collaborative, team-first environment where every guest feels welcome. Leadership Support Serve as Leader on Duty when requested. Support the Salon Experience Manager with daily operations when needed. Help maintain smooth salon flow during busy periods. Assist in resolving guest concerns professionally before escalating when appropriate.
