In this dynamic role, you'll support talented stylists while delivering exceptional customer service to every client. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered and valued. Whether assisting with hair care, color treatments, or retail products, you'll play a key part in elevating the salon experience for all. Duties Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure Client Check-in, beverage and snack offering, client check out. Assist stylists with hair washing, towel folding, and setup of styling stations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all work areas, including tools and equipment Support with hair coloring, hair extensions, and blow drys as needed Manage appointment schedules using salon software phorest (will train) Upsell retail products related to hair care, nail care, and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction Provide excellent client communication by answering questions about services and treatments Restock supplies regularly and assist with store management tasks to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Prior experience working in the beauty industry or a cosmetology background preferred Knowledge of salon software systems for scheduling management Familiarity with hair care techniques including coloring and styling Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to uphold health standards Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client interaction and team collaboration Basic understanding of color theory, hair coloring techniques, and retail math for upselling opportunities permit or license in cosmetology is a requirement. willingness to learn is essential Join us in creating beautiful transformations while fostering a lively atmosphere filled with energy and positivity!
